Dr Shamistra Barathan has over 20 years of experience in General Practice and has specialised in nutritional and environmental medicine. She has trained and completed her degree(FACNEM) with the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine. She graduated from Imperial College School of Medicine in London, United Kingdom and has now made Melbourne her home.
Dr Shami works with patients who are keen to look for the root cause of illness rather than solely treating the symptom.

Dr Anil Asthana is an accredited specialist Gastroenterologist, Hepatologist and Endoscopist who specializes in all fields of gastroenterology and liver disease. Dr Asthana is one of the first physicians in Australia to perform intestinal ultrasounds to diagnose conditions including Crohn's disease, Ulcerative Colitis, constipation and diverticular disease.

Her strategic and creative problem solving sets her apart from other mindset coaches and this is backed up by her expertise as a human behavioural specialist.
Shannyn has joined the team as our mindset coach, helping clients nurture a holistic balance of business and career, their relationships and family, and their health and well being. She knows it can be done!

Erika is the founder of Change with Yoga and is a qualified Yoga Therapist, Yoga Teacher, Trauma Centre Trauma Sensitive Yoga facilitator and Laughter Yoga facilitator.
Erika was drawn to Yoga after visiting India in 1998 which led her to have a on and off practice for 8 years. She later picked up a solid practice at the Brighton Buddhist Centre, England, in 2006. It was here that Erika became inspired to become a Yoga Teacher.
Erika later returned to Australia to complete her Advance Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training at the Australian Yoga Academy. Erika then went on to study other areas of Yoga such as Yogic Philosophy, Laughter Yoga, Yin Yoga, Trauma Sensitive Yoga and Yoga Therapy.
